The Interdisciplinary Conversation
This new termly event aims to stimulate interdisciplinary conversation around important, new and controversial research. It brings together students and researchers from history, literature, politics and other disciplines. Hosting responsibilities rotate termly.
 
Hosted by the American History Research Seminar, this conversation will focus on Alice Goffman’s On the Run: Fugitive Life in an American City (Chicago UP, 2014).
 
Panellists include Desmond King (Politics), Federico Varese (Criminology & Sociology), Tessa Roynon (Literature), and Nonie Kubie (History). Chaired by Mara Keire (History).
Readings will be made available in advance on the RAI website.
