Georgios A. Antonopoulos

 

Georgios A. Antonopoulos is professor of criminology at the School of Social Sciences, Business and Law of Teesside University. His teaching and research interest include the criminality, criminalisation and victimisation of minority ethnic groups, and the empirical manifestations of organised crime. His latest book is Unlicensed Capitalism, Greek Style: Illegal Markets and ‘Organised Crime’ in Greece (with G.Papanicolaou, 2014). He currently works on EU-funded projects on the financing of organised crime, and the online trade of counterfeit pharmaceuticals.
